How it works
Uptime is calculated by subtracting downtime from the total monitored time, then dividing the remaining available time by the monitored time. The calculator shows each result as a percentage. It subtracts Variant A's uptime from Variant B's uptime to show the difference in percentage points. Annual downtime is estimated by applying each variant's observed downtime rate to 525,600 minutes, which is 365 days.
