How to Read Your Results
The absence rate is the percentage of scheduled working days recorded as absent during the selected period.
The attendance rate is the percentage of scheduled working days remaining after recorded absence is deducted.
Compare results only when the reporting periods and definitions of scheduled days and absence are consistent.
Use decimal entries for part-day absence, such as 0.5 or 1.5 days.
Shorter periods can show sharper percentage movements because each day represents a larger share of the total.
