Calculate the discounted total, savings per order, and effective price per item for common eBay multi-buy offers.

Your Details

Overview

Use this eBay Multi Buy Discount Calculator to estimate how much a promotion changes your order total. Enter the item price, quantity, and promotion details to see the discounted total, total savings, and average price per item.

How it works

The calculator first works out the regular total by multiplying the item price by the quantity. It then estimates the promotion based on the selected offer type. For buy X get Y free offers, it values the free items at the regular item price. For buy 1 get 1 at a percentage off, it discounts the qualifying extra items. For buy X get a percentage off the order, it applies the percentage discount once the trigger quantity is met. The final total is the regular total minus the estimated savings.

Frequently asked questions

What does this eBay multi-buy calculator estimate?

It estimates the order total, total savings, and average price per item for common multi-buy offers such as buy X get Y free or percentage-off deals.

Can I use this for buy 2 get 1 free offers?

Yes. Select the buy X get Y free option, enter 2 as the trigger quantity, and 1 as the free quantity.

Does this include shipping or tax?

No. The calculator focuses on the item discount only unless those costs are already built into the price you enter.

What does apply offer repeatedly mean?

It means the promotion is applied to every full qualifying group in the order, such as multiple buy 1 get 1 groups in a larger purchase.

Can I use different prices for different items?

This version assumes the same regular price for all items in the order. If item prices vary, the result will only be an approximation.
