Sales Funnel Course Sales Calculator
Estimate course sales, revenue and return on ad spend from your funnel traffic, conversion rates and course price.
Overview
The Sales Funnel Course Sales Calculator helps you estimate how many leads, sales and how much revenue your course funnel could produce each month. Enter your monthly visitors, opt-in rate, click-through rate to the sales page, purchase rate, course price and any ad spend to get a simple funnel projection.
How it works
The calculator models your funnel step by step. It first estimates leads from total visitors and your opt-in rate. It then estimates how many of those leads reach the sales page, and how many sales page visitors convert into buyers. Revenue is calculated by multiplying estimated course sales by your course price. ROAS is calculated by dividing gross revenue by ad spend.

Frequently asked questions
What does this calculator estimate?
It estimates monthly leads, course sales, gross revenue and return on ad spend based on your funnel traffic and conversion assumptions.
Is revenue profit?
No. The revenue figure is gross revenue before refunds, taxes, software costs, ad management costs, payment fees and other business expenses.
What is a good purchase rate for a course funnel?
That depends on your traffic quality, offer, price point and funnel design. Use your own historical data where possible for a more useful estimate.
Can I use this for organic traffic only?
Yes. If you are not running ads, enter 0 for ad spend and use the calculator to estimate leads, sales and revenue from organic traffic.
Why does ROAS still calculate when ad spend is 0?
To avoid dividing by zero, the formula uses a minimum value in the background. If you enter 0 ad spend, treat the ROAS figure as not meaningful and focus on sales and revenue instead.
Should I use average or exact conversion rates?
Average rates are usually best for forecasting. If your funnel changes often, test different scenarios to see a realistic range of outcomes.
