Sales Funnel Webinar Signup Calculator
Estimate webinar signups, attendance, sales and revenue based on your traffic, conversion rates and offer value.
Overview
The Sales Funnel Webinar Signup Calculator helps you estimate how many webinar registrations, attendees, customers and revenue you may generate from your funnel. Enter your landing page traffic, signup rate, attendance rate, sales conversion rate, average order value and ad spend to see the projected results.
How it works
This calculator applies each stage of the funnel in order. It multiplies landing page visitors by the signup rate to estimate registrations, then applies the attendance rate to estimate attendees, and then applies the sales conversion rate to estimate customers. Revenue is estimated by multiplying customers by average order value, and net revenue is calculated by subtracting ad spend.
How to use this calculator

- 2Add your expected webinar signup rate.
- 3Enter the percentage of registrants who attend.
- 4Add the percentage of attendees who buy.

Example Calculation
Landing page visitors
5000
Signup rate
30%
Attendance rate
40%
Sales conversion rate
10%
Average order value
$297
Traffic cost or ad spend
$1,000
Estimated webinar signups
1,500
With 5,000 visitors, a 30% signup rate would produce about 1,500 signups. At a 40% attendance rate, around 600 people would attend. If 10% of attendees buy a $297 offer, that is about 60 customers and roughly $17,820 in gross revenue, or about $16,820 after $1,000 in ad spend.
Frequently asked questions
What does this calculator estimate?
It estimates webinar signups, attendees, customers, gross revenue and net revenue based on your funnel inputs.
What is a good webinar signup rate?
Signup rates vary widely by audience, traffic source, page quality and offer. This calculator lets you test different scenarios rather than assume a single benchmark.
Does this calculator include email follow-up sales?
No. It uses a simple funnel based on attendees converting directly at the sales conversion rate you enter.
Can I use this for organic traffic as well as paid traffic?
Yes. If you are not paying for traffic, enter 0 for ad spend and use your expected visitor volume and conversion rates.
Is average order value the same as product price?
Not always. Average order value can include upsells, downsells or discounts, so it may be higher or lower than your base offer price.
Why are my results decimal numbers instead of whole people?
The calculator shows estimated averages. In practice, actual people counts will be whole numbers and may vary from the projection.

- Traffic cost or ad spend is treated as a single acquisition cost and does not include refunds, fees or other business expenses.
- Results are estimates and actual funnel performance may vary by audience, offer, timing and follow-up.

- Do not rely on a single projection when making budgeting or marketing decisions.
