Can I use one printed tray again for multiple planting cycles?
Yes. The calculator estimates the number of trays needed to hold the total seed quantity as entered. If cycles occur at different times and trays are reused, plan according to the largest simultaneous sowing instead.
Why might a small plan still need one full tray?
Tray count is rounded up because a partial set of seeds still needs a physical tray.
What should I use for filament cost per gram?
Divide the spool price by its net filament weight in grams.
Should I include a failed-print allowance?
The calculator does not add one automatically. You can use a higher per-tray filament or time estimate if you want a more cautious production plan.
