How is capacity available calculated?
It is available productive hours divided by scheduled team hours, multiplied by 100.
What happens if the hourly value is zero?
The absence rate and hours results still calculate, but the estimated value lost will be zero.

Not necessarily. The result represents scheduled time associated with absences. Work may be covered, deferred, automated, or completed later.
Why might the estimated value lost differ from accounting results?
The figure uses one user-entered hourly value and does not capture margins, fixed costs, recovery of work, cover costs, or timing effects.
Why can two teams have the same absence rate but different value lost?
They may have different team sizes, daily hours, reporting periods, or values assigned to each productive hour.
Is a lower absence rate always better?
A lower rate indicates fewer scheduled days missed under the chosen definition, but it does not by itself explain workload, wellbeing, service levels, or staffing needs.
