How to Read Your Results

Available annual workload capacity is the estimated annual hours remaining after the absence allowance.

Absence rate measures absence days against scheduled workdays, not against calendar days.

Hours lost to absence convert absence days into time using the person's average hours per normal workday.

A positive capacity-after-workload result indicates estimated hours remaining; a negative result indicates an estimated shortfall.

Capacity needed for workload above 100% means planned demand is greater than the calculated available capacity.
