How are hours lost to absence calculated?

Why is the absence rate divided by 100?
Percentages need to be converted to decimals before multiplication. For example, 4% becomes 0.04.
How is the available capacity rate calculated?
It is 100% minus the entered absence rate. An 8% absence rate leaves an estimated 92% capacity rate.
Can I enter decimal weekly hours or working weeks?
Yes. Average weekly hours and working weeks can include decimals where they better represent the workforce schedule.
