Your Details

Overview

Use this eBay Selling Price Calculator to estimate how much profit you may make on a sale after selling fees, item cost and shipping. Enter the item price, shipping charged to the buyer, your actual shipping cost and the fee rates that apply to your listing.

How it works

The calculator adds the item price and shipping charged to find the gross sale amount. It then applies your final value fee percentage and fixed fee to estimate selling fees. Your item cost, actual shipping cost and fees are added together, and that total is subtracted from the gross sale amount to estimate net profit. Profit margin is then calculated as profit divided by the gross sale amount.

How to use this calculator

  1. 1Enter the price you expect to sell the item for.
  2. 2Add the shipping amount the buyer will pay.
  3. 3Enter your item cost and your actual shipping cost.
  4. 4Type in the final value fee rate and any fixed fee per order.
  5. 5Review the estimated fees, total costs, profit and profit margin.
