Sales Funnel Sales Pipeline Calculator
Estimate leads, customers, revenue and expected pipeline value from your sales funnel conversion rates and average deal size.
Overview
Use this sales funnel sales pipeline calculator to estimate how many deals you could close and how much revenue your funnel may produce. Enter your lead volume, stage-by-stage conversion rates, average deal value and sales cycle length to get a simple forecast of pipeline performance.
How it works
The calculator applies each conversion rate in sequence to your starting lead volume. It first estimates qualified leads, then proposals, then closed deals. Estimated revenue is calculated by multiplying expected closed deals by average deal value, while pipeline value uses the proposal-stage volume multiplied by the same average deal value. The overall conversion rate shows the combined percentage of leads that become customers.
How to use this calculator

- 2Add the percentage of leads that become qualified opportunities.
- 3Enter the conversion rate from qualified opportunities to proposals.
- 4Enter the percentage of proposals that close as deals.
- 5Add your average deal value and review the estimated closed deals, revenue and pipeline value.

With 1000 leads, a 30% lead-to-qualified rate, a 50% qualified-to-proposal rate and a 25% proposal-to-close rate, the funnel would produce about 37.5 closed deals and roughly 187500 in revenue.
Frequently asked questions
What does this sales funnel calculator estimate?
It estimates how many leads move through each stage of your funnel, how many deals may close and the revenue those deals could generate.
What is the difference between pipeline value and estimated revenue?
Pipeline value reflects the potential value of proposal-stage opportunities, while estimated revenue reflects only the portion expected to close based on your final conversion rate.
Can I use this for B2B or B2C sales?
Yes. The calculator works for both as long as your funnel stages and average deal value reflect your sales process.
What if my funnel has more or fewer stages?
This version uses three common conversion stages. If your process is different, you can combine stages by using blended conversion rates.
Should I use percentages from past performance?
Using historical conversion rates usually gives more realistic estimates than guesses, especially if your lead sources and sales process are stable.
Does this calculator account for different deal sizes?
No. It uses one average deal value, so results are less precise if your deals vary widely in size.
