How it works
The calculator first estimates demand during the peak season by multiplying annual demand by the peak-season share. It divides that demand by the number of peak months, then adds safety stock equal to a percentage of one average peak month. Because not every print attempt succeeds, the finished-unit target is divided by the success rate. Finally, required print attempts are divided by daily printer capacity to estimate the production time needed.
