How it works

The calculator subtracts absence days from scheduled days to find attended days. It then divides absence days by scheduled days to calculate the absence rate. Attendance rate is the remaining percentage: 100% minus the absence rate. For example, 5 absent days out of 100 scheduled days produces a 5% absence rate and a 95% attendance rate.
