Sales Funnel Pipeline Value Calculator
Estimate the expected value of your sales pipeline using deal volume, average deal size and conversion rates at each funnel stage.
Overview
The Sales Funnel Pipeline Value Calculator helps you estimate how much revenue your current funnel could produce. Enter your lead volume, average deal value and conversion rates at each stage to see expected opportunities, closed deals and pipeline value.
How it works
This calculator multiplies your lead count by each stage conversion rate in sequence to estimate how many prospects progress through the funnel. It then multiplies the estimated number of closed deals by the average deal value to calculate expected pipeline revenue. The overall lead-to-close rate is the product of all stage conversion rates.
How to use this calculator
- 1Enter the number of leads entering your funnel.
- 2Add your average deal value.
- 3Enter the conversion rate from lead to MQL.
- 4Enter the conversion rate from MQL to SQL.
- 5Enter the conversion rates from SQL to opportunity and opportunity to close.
- 6Review the estimated opportunities, closed deals and expected pipeline value.

Frequently asked questions
What does this calculator estimate?
It estimates how many leads may move through your sales funnel and the revenue those won deals may generate.
What is pipeline value?
Pipeline value is the estimated revenue expected from deals likely to close based on your lead volume, average deal size and conversion rates.
Why are stage conversion rates important?
Each stage rate affects how many prospects move forward, so small changes at one stage can have a large effect on final revenue.
Should I use historical conversion rates?
Yes, using recent and realistic conversion rates from your own funnel usually gives more useful estimates.
Does this calculator include sales cycle timing?
No, it estimates value based on volume and conversion rates only, not when deals will close.
