This 3D printing production calculator estimates the number of usable parts your printer fleet can make when operating schedules differ between peak and off-peak seasons. How it works
The calculator adds average print time and changeover time to find the total cycle time for one part. It divides daily operating hours by that cycle time to estimate parts per printer per day. This capacity is multiplied by the number of printers and operating days in each seasonal schedule, then reduced by the expected reject rate. Peak and off-peak results are added to estimate annual usable production.
